Cargile Ranch Introduction

    The Cargile Ranches have been operated for many years in West Texas by John Cargile. The ranches are known for breeding and raising quality livestock, including  cattle, Suffolk & Rambouillet sheep, and quality whitetail deer.
    The Cargile family and ranch management have taken a conservationist attitude toward the natural resources under their care. Livestock and wildlife management along with brush control and sound range management practices have been the basis of these operations for several decades.
    The main ranch headquarters is located about 25 miles West of San Angelo, Tx. This ranch is the base for the Suffolk Sheep herd. We would like to encourage our friends in the livestock business that may have an interest in cattle or Suffolk sheep to call if they are possibly interested in purchasing either.
